Welcome to Vaayu Holidays (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing and using our website https://vaayuholidays.in (“Site”) and booking travel services with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any bookings.

1. General

  • Vaayu Holidays is a travel enterprise founded and managed by Bhavna H Thakker, specializing in curated domestic and international tours.

  • By booking a service with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

  • Vaayu Holidays reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.

  • Full payment must be made before the commencement of travel unless otherwise specified.

  • Prices are subject to change based on airline fares, hotel tariffs, currency fluctuations, or government taxes.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing (via email or official communication channels).

  • Cancellation charges will apply as per the tour/package guidelines shared at the time of booking.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after deducting service charges, cancellation fees, and non-refundable amounts paid to third-party vendors (airlines, hotels, etc.).

  • No refunds will be provided for unused services or no-shows.

4. Responsibilities & Liabilities

  • Vaayu Holidays acts as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators, etc.). We are not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by such third parties.

  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, travel insurance, health certificates, and other required documents.

  • We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before departure.

  • Any unforeseen circumstances (natural calamities, political unrest, strikes, pandemics, etc.) leading to changes or cancellations are beyond our control, and Vaayu Holidays shall not be held liable.

5. Special Tours (Ladies’ & Senior-Friendly Travel)

  • Vaayu Holidays offers ladies’ special tours and senior-friendly trips with extra care and arrangements; however, travelers are expected to inform us in advance about any medical conditions or special requirements.

  • While we ensure maximum safety and comfort, travelers participate in activities at their own risk.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Travelers are expected to maintain discipline and respect towards co-travelers, tour leaders, and local communities.

  • Any misbehavior, unlawful activity, or actions that disrupt the group experience may lead to immediate termination of the tour without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of Vaayu Holidays and cannot be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
